Kang Mina has once again proven that rumors of conflict between herself and fellow I.O.I members were unfounded.
Recently, photos of Kang Mina attending I.O.I’s 10th-anniversary concert, “2026 I.O.I Concert Tour: LOOP in Seoul,” circulated across online communities and social media, drawing attention from fans.
In the photos, Kang Mina appeared in a casual shirt-and-shorts outfit while wearing a face mask and shyly bowing her head toward the camera. Surrounding her were the I.O.I members, who gathered closely around her and posed affectionately for commemorative photos.
The images quickly became a hot topic among fans because Kang Mina did not participate in the group’s official 10th-anniversary promotions, which had previously fueled speculation about possible tensions between her and the other members.
However, Kang Mina had already addressed those rumors directly through a fan communication platform. At the time, she dismissed the speculation, writing that she and the members regularly stayed in touch and frequently exchanged messages congratulating and encouraging one another.
She also expressed frustration over the continued rumors, telling fans that people would be better off celebrating the group’s achievements rather than creating unnecessary controversy.
The newly revealed reunion photos further reinforced her comments, showcasing the warm friendship and strong bond that have remained intact among the members despite pursuing separate careers over the years.
Meanwhile, I.O.I recently returned to the music scene to celebrate the group’s 10th debut anniversary. Their third mini album, “I.O.I : LOOP,” has received strong support from fans, with the title track “Suddenly” reaching No. 1 on major music charts.
The successful comeback and the members’ continued friendship have delighted longtime fans, who have waited years to see the group together again.
