Jang Wonyoung is once again drawing major attention online after revealing part of her ultra-luxury residence and a designer sofa reportedly worth well over 100 million won.

On May 21, the IVE member uploaded several photos to Instagram showing herself relaxing on an oversized curved sofa inside her home.

The furniture quickly became a hot topic among fans and online communities. Experts identify the sofa as the iconic “Dune Sofa” designed by legendary French designer Pierre Paulin. Industry estimates suggest each modular section costs between 7 million and 10 million won, leading some netizens to speculate that the full sofa setup could exceed 100 million won in value.

Beyond the furniture itself, fans also focused on the breathtaking interior and panoramic city view visible in the background. The residence appears to overlook both the Han River and Seoul’s iconic Lotte World Tower.

Inside Jang Wonyoung’s Exclusive UN Village Lifestyle

Attention surrounding the property intensified because Jang Wonyoung previously made headlines last year after purchasing the luxury villa complex “Lucid House” in Seoul’s prestigious UN Village entirely in cash for approximately 13.7 billion won.

Lucid House sits in one of Korea’s most exclusive neighborhoods, offering just 15 units and ensuring extreme privacy and security.

The luxury complex attracts Korea’s elite business circles and celebrities, with actress Kim Tae‑hee once owning a unit before selling it after marrying singer Rain.

Residents are known to benefit from private elevator access, separated living lines, and premium views of both the Han River and Namsan Mountain. Due to its limited number of units, transactions within the complex are considered extremely rare.

Meanwhile, Jang Wonyoung continues to solidify her status as one of K-pop’s top fourth-generation stars through her activities with IVE, alongside numerous luxury fashion and beauty endorsements.
