KATSEYE’s Megan Says Fan Grabbed Her Chest During Concert

KATSEYE member Megan has called on fans to respect the group’s physical boundaries after saying a concertgoer grabbed her chest during the group’s show in Paris.

The incident occurred Wednesday during KATSEYE’s “The Wildworld Tour” stop at Accor Arena, where the group performed before continuing the European leg of its world tour.

Megan addressed what happened afterward through Weverse DM, explaining that the incident occurred during “Time Lapse,” a part of the show that brings the members off the stage and closer to fans.

Megan said she enjoys the opportunity to see fans up close and hold their hands during the audience interaction.

But she also asked concertgoers not to touch the members in inappropriate areas or in inappropriate ways.

According to Megan, one person in the crowd “grabbed my chest,” leaving her “a bit spooked.” She acknowledged the excitement surrounding the close interaction but asked fans to keep the experience respectful and safe.

Her message quickly drew attention online, with fans condemning the unwanted contact and questioning whether additional precautions are needed when KATSEYE performs among the audience.

Fan-recorded footage circulating after the Paris show also appeared to show Megan looking uncomfortable shortly after interacting with concertgoers.

Daniela Also Appears to Face Rough Fan Contact

Megan may not have been the only KATSEYE member to encounter unwanted physical contact during the Paris performance.

A separate fan-recorded clip circulated online appearing to show someone pulling Daniela’s hair as she moved through the audience during “Time Lapse.” Unlike Megan’s account of what happened to her, the Daniela incident has largely been documented through fan footage rather than a statement from the singer herself.

The two moments have put an otherwise popular part of KATSEYE’s live show under greater scrutiny.

The audience interaction is designed to reduce the distance between the performers and their fans. Instead of watching exclusively from the stage, concertgoers get a rare chance to see the members at close range and, in some cases, briefly hold their hands.

That closeness, however, depends on fans respecting a clear boundary.

Four members — Megan, Daniela, Lara and Yoonchae — are currently participating in the European leg. Manon remains on hiatus, while Sophia temporarily stepped back from the tour to focus on her health and well-being.
