On May 3, Billlie dropped the first music video teaser for its title track “ZAP” via its official YouTube channel. The Billlie “ZAP” teaser quickly drew attention for its striking visuals and dramatic concept.

The clip features one member standing atop a lightning-struck cliff, while the others sprint forward below—creating a powerful contrast that hints at the group’s next chapter.

Driven by an addictive beat and bold styling, the teaser reflects Billlie’s signature blend of fantasy storytelling and high-concept visuals. Its cinematic scale and surreal imagery suggest a significant artistic leap ahead of their first studio album.

‘ZAP’ Teaser Signals Bold Concept Shift

Further building momentum, Billlie released “REMIX SAMPLER RAVE #1” on May 1, offering fans an early listen to reimagined tracks from the album.

The sampler includes five songs—“ZAP (ultraviolet remix),” “WORK (anonymous remix),” “SOUPASTA (unconscious remix),” “DOMINO ~ butterfly effect,” and “cloud palace (collective soul remix)”—showcasing diverse sounds and creative reinterpretations.

The title track “ZAP” symbolizes a sudden shock, cutting through noise to rediscover one’s true self. The concept continues Billlie’s narrative-driven universe, often referred to as the “Billlie-verse.”

Billlie—Siyoon, Sheon, Tsuki, Moon Sua, Haram, Suhyeon, and Haruna—will release “the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two” on May 6 at 6 p.m. KST.
