Park Ji-hoon spent two days with fans in Seoul, wrapping up a fan meeting that doubled as a preview of his upcoming return to music.

The singer and actor held his fan meeting “Same Place” on April 25 and 26 at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul’s Gwangjin District. Designed around a cinema concept, the venue was transformed into a themed space titled “May Cinema,” offering fans an immersive experience built around his career and fandom.

Fan-focused event blends performance and storytelling

Opening with his track “360,” Park Ji-hoon introduced the meaning behind the event’s title, emphasizing emotional connection.

“Even if we’re in different places, I feel like we’re in the same place with the same heart,” he said, referring to his fandom, MAY.

The program featured multiple interactive segments. In one highlight, Park Ji-hoon discussed behind-the-scenes details from his recent acting projects in a talk format similar to a film guest visit session, offering insight into his performance process. Fans were also invited to share observations about specific scenes, creating a collaborative exchange.

Another segment revisited his past works, where he recreated notable characters and moments from earlier projects, including roles from his childhood acting days. The mix of reenactments, short skits, and fan-participation challenges generated strong audience engagement.

Comeback teaser draws strong fan response

Each day included distinct stage concepts. On the first day, Park Ji-hoon appeared in royal attire as a character from The King and the Man, while the second day featured a contrasting military look inspired by The Legendary Cook Soldier. The dual concepts highlighted his range in both visual presentation and performance.

Toward the finale, he introduced his upcoming first single album RE:FLECT and performed the title track “Bodyelse” for the first time, drawing immediate reactions from the audience.

Fans responded enthusiastically both on-site and online. Many described the new track as “refreshing yet mature,” while others praised the performance for showcasing “a more confident and refined side” of the artist. Social media posts following the event highlighted the emotional tone of the fan meeting, with attendees describing it as “intimate,” “cinematic,” and “deeply personal.”

Some fans also noted the balance between his acting and music career, expressing anticipation for how the new release would reflect his growth. “It feels like everything he’s done so far is coming together,” one fan wrote, while another commented, “The live stage made the comeback feel real.”

Park Ji-hoon closed the event with a message of gratitude.

“I’m happy because of all of you, MAY,” he said. “I’ll continue to show you my best in the same place.”

Park Ji-hoon is set to release RE:FLECT on April 29, marking his return to music activities following his recent acting projects.
